No worries — but we need to fix it before your order ships.

🔧 My item arrived damaged or faulty
We’re so sorry about that!
Please contact us at teesmoh@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll take care of it right away.
📦 I’m missing an item from my order
Sometimes items can be stuck inside packaging or wrapping.
Please double-check the parcel. If it’s still missing, shoot us an email at teesmoh@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out for you.
❌ I received the wrong item
Oops — that’s on us.
Contact us at teesmoh@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
📫 I didn’t get an order or shipping confirmation
Please check your junk/spam folders first — sometimes our emails land there.
If you still don’t see anything, contact us at teesmoh@gmail.com and we’ll resend the confirmation.
🔁 I want to return or exchange an item
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. And modifying your order can be done up to 6 hours of ordering. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and by pictures.
